welcome to Bingo Farms
“Healthy Local Raised Food for Our Friends & Family”
We provide pasture-raised, hormone-free quarters and halves of beef and more for our Friends & Family living in our community across Ohio and Indiana. We also sell at our local Farmers’ Market in Celina.
Our Primary Goal
We want our neighbors to have food raised without unnecessary growth hormones or antibiotics. We believe animals with a high grass fed diet will yield greater health benefits.
About Us
We began as a little farm stand that turned into raising animals. We are two families with 9 kids and counting bringing our resources together. Find out about us and how we got our unique name!
How We Began
Ben Neff and Aaron Tong began selling produce out in front of Peel’s Pit Stop in Celina Ohio. After the summer, Aaron nudged Bingo in the direction of his roots, cows. Ben had zero experience with cows when they began. They both learned a lot raising bottle calves and selling feeders to other farmers before deciding to feed out their own. Bingo Farms’ focus has always been on producing food direct to the consumer.
Why the name Bingo Farms?
A Little Humorous Story
When Ben and Aaron were trying to pick a name, they discussed using their last names. They decided that Neff-Tong didn’t have a nice ring to it and Tong-Neff wasn’t much better. Aaron was lobbying for Tong-Neff and through text messaging asked if Ben had a better idea.
Ben responses, “Uhhhh…”
Aaron rhetorically replied, “Bingo.”
Ben then said, “That’s it.”
Aaron responses, “What’s it?” That is when, with a little convincing, Ben talked Aaron into the name. Over time, we discovered that no one ever forgets or misspells our name!
