We have 2 quarters of beef available on Feb. 4 and 4 quarters of beef on March 17. If you would like one of them then go to the SHOP page and add a quarter of beef to your cart. It will have you pay a $50 a deposit. Write down in the comments which date you want or put “next available.” Message us with questions.
