We have sold out of our beef for the spring. The beef for the farmer’s market has all been gobbled up. Sorry to disappoint our faithful customers, but it’s good to be so well-liked. Good news! We are booking buyers for the fall/winter steers and have been getting a bunch of messages. Currently, I did not do a sign-up genius as I did in the past. I will post what’s available and give you the necessary info.

I have been telling people to budget $600-$650 and that estimate includes your processing. It is subject to change but that would only be if there was an unexpected increase in our cost.
HOW DO I RESERVE MY SPOT?
1. Email Ben at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm date availability.
2. Pay the $50 non-refundable deposit through the website.
WHEN WILL I KNOW MORE?
I will contact you usually a day or 2 after your steer goes in with all of the information you need to know. This is will be the cost you owe us and the contact information to the butcher.
HOW DO I GET THE BEEF CUT THE WAY I WANT?
People are usually nervous about doing this the first time and I always assure them it is super simple. You will call into the butcher and they talk you through the details. A first time customer was nervous about this and recently called for the first time and commented on how it was super easy.
